Joshan Batth is the founder of Serene Homes and brings over a decade of experience in construction and real estate to every home he helps create. With a background in civil engineering and a hands-on start in the basement industry, Joshan built his knowledge from the ground up before growing Serene Homes into a company focused on quality, trust, and thoughtful design. Having moved to Canada in 2013, he has remained driven by a simple goal: helping people turn their dream home into a reality. Guided by strong values of family, friendship, and honesty, Joshan is committed to creating homes that feel just right for the people who live in them.

SALES REP & DESIGN MANAGER
As the Sales Rep & Design Manager at Serene Homes, Jennifer is your friendly guide through every step of the home-building journey. From the day you sign your contract to the moment you get the keys—and even after—you can count on her to keep you in the loop, help with design choices, and be there to answer any questions that come up along the way. Jennifer is also a licensed realtor who knows the ins and outs of new construction and the real estate market in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. What really sets Jennifer apart is her genuine care for the people she works with. She believes in good communication, building trust, and making sure things run as smoothly as possible. Her goal is to take the stress out of the process and make building your dream home a fun, exciting experience from start to finish.

Baljeet Singh brings 15 years of hands-on construction experience to his role as Director at Serene Homes. With a strong background in contracts and a Red Seal certification in plumbing, he brings practical knowledge and a clear understanding of what it takes to get the job done right. He knows the work inside and out and brings confidence to every project he oversees.
